Delete Your VitaPaw Data
Developer/App name: VitaPaw
You can request either a full account deletion or selective data deletion. Please follow the instructions below.
Option 1 — Delete Your Account (All Data)
Use this option to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- Email us from the address linked to your VitaPaw account.
- Use subject line: “Delete My VitaPaw Account”.
- If emailing from a different address, include your account email in the body.
Data deleted in this process
- User profile (name, email, city, DOB, profile image, hashed password)
- All pet profiles & health data
- AI meal generations and history
- Subscriptions and delivery records
- Notification tokens linked to your account
Retention: Data is permanently deleted within 7 business days, including backups.
Option 2 — Delete Specific Data (Keep Account)
Use this option if you want to keep your account active but remove certain data categories.
- Email us from your account email.
- Use subject line: “VitaPaw Data Deletion Request (Keep Account)”.
- In the body, specify which data you’d like deleted (see list below).
Data you may request deleted
- Pet profiles & health data
- AI meal generations and edits
- Subscription history (plan, status, delivery updates)
- Delivery addresses & contact details
- Notification tokens
Data retained if you keep your account
- Your login credentials (email + hashed password)
- Basic profile info (e.g., name) required to maintain account access
Retention: Requested data is permanently deleted within 7 business days, including backups. Logs may be retained only where required by law.
