Delete Your Ultimate Salon Data

App name: Ultimate Salon

You may request either a full account deletion or specific data deletion while keeping your account active.

Option 1 — Delete Your Account (All Data)

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

1. Email us from the email address linked to your Ultimate Salon account.
2. Use subject line: “Delete My Ultimate Salon Account”.
3. If emailing from another address, include your registered email in the message body.

Request Account Deletion

Data deleted during full account deletion

• User profile (name, email, city, profile photo if added)
• Salon preferences and style selections
• Restaurant preferences and cuisine selections
• Booking/reservation records
• Uploaded payment proof images (if any)
• Chat history within the app
• Notification tokens linked to your account

Processing Time: Data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days, including backups, unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.

Option 2 — Delete Specific Data (Keep Account Active)

You may request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active.

1. Email us from your registered account email.
2. Use subject line: “Ultimate Salon Data Deletion Request (Keep Account)”.
3. Specify which data you want deleted.

Data retained if account remains active

• Login credentials (email + hashed password)
• Basic profile information required for account access

Processing Time: Selective deletion requests are completed within 7 business days.
